Once you have setup your users, created any desired tags and linked your Google accounts, you can now start adding clients.
Select the “add client” option in the primary menu (or from the client list page). Enter the relevant details (please note that “start date” is purely for future reference). This is where you can select the “manager/s” that you would like to associate the client with. “Enable RTC” will allow you to nominate whether the client will be included in the RTC score
calculation. “Enable Tracking” toggles if rank tracking is enabled. Selecting “Ecommerce Site” will change some of the data on the primary AM dashboard to show revenue rather than simply conversion action numbers.

Link Data Sources (Properties) #
The data source tab will allow you to link your GA/GSC and GBP profiles by selecting the previously added/relevant data source.
Repeat for each of GA/GBP and GSC by selecting the relevant properties.

Goals/Conversions #
You will need to manually nominate which conversion actions/goals within Google Analytics that you would like to include in your “conversions” numbers on the dashboard and reports.
To do this; go to the client settings, either via the primary dashboard, or via the client list, access the conversions tab, make sure to click refresh data, and then select the relevant goals that you would like to show on your reports, and to be included in the conversions figures.
You can also rename your goals to be more user friendly (the output from GA may contain underscores and or hyphens.)

Rank Tracking/Adding Keywords #
Selecting the Keywords Tab will bring up the interface below. Start by nominating the country for the campaign and selecting a default search engine region (this can be a region, state or city), select the most appropriate option.

Keyword Themes #
Agency monitor allows you to categorise your keyword rank tracking into ‘keyword themes’, this allows you to group similar terms (services, locations etc.). You can also add a different search engine region to each keyword theme. It will use the default search engine location previously set, or alternatively you can add a different location per theme.
From here you can proceed to add the keywords that you would like to check the rankings for. Your rankings will be checked and updated every week on a Sunday.
You can mark certain keywords with the ‘trophy’ icon, this can be a good visual cue for the primary focus on any campaign or keyword theme.
