Overview #
The Ads Dashboard in Agency Monitor lets you view and report on Google Ads performance. You can:
- View Ads clients and campaigns
- Monitor spend, clicks, conversions, and more
- Generate scheduled or on‑demand PDF reports
- Customize displayed conversion goals
View the Dashboard #
- Go to the Ads menu in the sidebar, then click Ads Dashboard
- Date Range Picker: adjust dates and click refresh to change the displayed data.
- Performance Tiles: shows Spend, Clicks, CTR, Impressions, Conversions, Avg. CPC, Cost/Conv., Conversion Rate.
- Manager Badge: indicates the assigned account manager.
- Adjust Traffic Light: green/orange/red status based on performance thresholds (manually set)
Definitions appear when hovering over the ⓘ icon on each tile.
Campaigns Tab #
- From the Dashboard, click Campaigns in the top navigation.
- Select a campaign from the campaigns tabs.
- Metrics Overview: This contains the same tiles as the main Dashboard, but scoped down to this campaign.
- Trend Charts:
- Clicks vs. CTR
- Cost vs. Conversions
- Conversion Breakdown: table + pie chart of goal performance.
- Top Ad: highlights the best-performing ad by clicks and CTR.
- Geo Map: Shows the campaigns geographical targeting
- Detailed Tables:
- Ad Group Summary
- Keyword Performance
Note: Click the refresh icon next to the date picker to reload data.
Ad Groups Tab #
- Click Ad Groups from the top tabs.
- A panel for each Ad Group displays core metrics.
- Under each panel, mini-charts show trends for Clicks vs. CTR and Cost vs. Conversions.
- Use the unified Date Picker to apply a period change to all panels.
